FEMM International was established in 2024 as a global celebration of women — a movement uniting more than fifty nations on one extraordinary stage. Both the international programme and our national preliminaries grow stronger with every edition.

Yes. As an international pageant for women, winning a title with FEMM International opens doors around the world. Our titleholders and ambassadors have gone on to become professional television personalities, actresses, entrepreneurs, social influencers and community leaders — while carrying their advocacy platform to a global audience.

As a truly international movement, we will continue to celebrate culture, confidence, purpose and leadership. Our long-term goal is to remain the most prestigious international pageant for women — growing national licences, expanding our Femm Academy and Society, and deepening our impact through the Femm Foundation.

Women aged 18 to 34 who are citizens or residents of a participating country are invited to apply. Every story carries equal value on our stage — whether you are a professional, student, mother, or first-time competitor.

Accommodation, meals, airport transfers, local transportation, your delegate kit, professional training, official events, rehearsals, media opportunities, networking events, the welcome ceremony and grand finale participation — everything taken care of.

We provide support and guidance for your visa process. Complimentary airport transfers are arranged on arrival, and 24/7 emergency assistance is available for every delegate need.

The competition features seven moments to shine: opening presentation, talent, advocacy presentation, personal interview, national costume, evening gown and the final question. Judging focuses on confidence, leadership, communication, stage presence, elegance, national representation, personality, purpose and overall impact.

FEMM International is hosted in Zimbabwe — the heart of Southern Africa. Delegates experience Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the ancient stone city of Great Zimbabwe, and the warm hospitality of Harare.
